So, today it hit. I finally realized that I am leaving Thailand in a month, and it started to get sad! Plus it was a gorgeous day on Sunday. Since rainy season is here, it means that the skies are incredibly blue here when it stops raining. When I was driving home from church, I thought that today would be a GREAT day to go play in the waterfall. After recruiting Chris, Casey and Anna (two people here taking some classes) we spent the afternoon in the sun hiking to the top of the waterfall. After getting to the top to find that there were still people up there, and getting covered in little tiny leeches -- or that's at least what I thought they were -- we decided to relocate to another smaller waterfall close by. It was so beautiful that we felt like we were in Hawaii, and just sat around and talked hanging out in the water. I can't believe that I am a 10 min drive from these beautiful waterfalls at the bottom of a mountain. I am going to miss this place...
