Surprise! We got to see Kelly Newton one more time. Kelly Crocker (my roommate) and I planned on spending the weekend in Bangkok, since I had some Thai holidays and had school off. After we bought our tickets, we found out that Kelly would be returning from China to Bangkok on Thursday night and had a 6 hour lay over before she headed to America. So, we met her in the airport, and she came into the city with us for a quick dinner and shower. And where did we eat for her last Thai meal: McDonald's. She had been in China eating lots of Asian food and was craving some good ol' American food. Although, we did claim that the ice cream cones were the best cone we had ever tasted, so at least that is special. It was a blessing getting to see her a bit longer, and to my surprise she might end up in Louisville next fall, which would just be a 2 hour drive from Indy down I-65... so maybe it isn't goodbye forever.
