I was SO glad to finally get a picture of this. Kelly and I were driving on the highway that circles the city, and this is a normal sight that I see everyday. I am so used to it, that it seems so strange to me that a mom cannot hold her baby while riding in a car in America. I mean seriously, here is a little guy standing on a motorbike (notice where the helmet is) going 55 mph down the highway, and we make a big deal if a kid is out of their carseat in a car, that is cushioned with airbags.
