I did it folks. I made it. I made it through the winter. Applause? Cheers? Before I left America, February never phased me, however coming back to the land of grey and cold in the winter started to leave me oh so sad. I would ask my roommate Jana every morning, "Hey J, is it 75 and sunny outside today?" She would always reply, "Yes." There is LIGHT when I wake up! I left my house this morning in a fleece! I saw daffodils sprouting out of the ground and I was almost speechless. I ran 6 miles OUTSIDE yesterday, 6! Nothing serious to note here today, other than the fact that the sun is out, and I am excited. I even was motivated to get my camera out again in Chicago this weekend. Oh, the sunshine. The blue skies!
