We loved our little almost-one-bedroom-but-didn't-have-any-doors-other-than-the-bathroom apartment. It was perfect for us, it was home.

However, we had an incredible opportunity to move. Those of you who live in cities, know that rent is pretty ridiculous. I thought the numbers were fake before, but now they seem so normal. In our last place we almost had one bedroom, but we still slept in the kitchen and we paid -- $900 a month. Sickening, I know. It was actually a great deal for the neighborhood. Then, I got this new job teaching preschool at a small Lutheran school and they said, "Would you be interested in moving next door into a 3 bedroom apartment for $700?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Of course, we moved. We feel, as Raef likes to say, "Stupidly Blessed." We now have a GUEST BEDROOM -- please come visit! And, Raef always wanted an office -- and now he is in heaven. These are some pictures of our new place:
